How to Access Services
Referrals to MCITY Thrive are made through licensed placing agencies. Here is what the process looks like from first contact to move-in.
Initial Contact
Placing agency contacts MCITY Thrive by phone or email to discuss a potential placement and confirm availability.

Referral Review
We review the referral package, including the child's profile, presenting needs, and any safety considerations.

Placement Agreement
A placement agreement is executed, care team roles are defined, and individualized planning begins before arrival.

Welcome & Transition
The child is welcomed into the home with a structured transition plan designed to ensure comfort, safety, and connection.
